Monday 31st December 2017 - 6pm until midnight, £10 deposit per person

£49.50 per person for 4 courses incl. a glass of Bubbly on arrival & a glass of Port with cheeses

Starter

Cream of parsnip soup with truffle oil

Duo of: Smoked salmon & horseradish cream and a homemade smoked salmon mouse served with a warm toast

Chorizo & manchego croquettes served with garlic mayonnaise

Homemade pancake with goat’s cheese & caramelised onion chutney

 Mains

Brownrigg’s duck breast served with dauphinoise potato, roast vegetables & our homemade sauce

Pan fried fillet of seabass with rosti potato, local vegetables served with homemade hollandaise sauce

Paul Murphy’s chicken schnitzel served with a fresh apple & celeriac salad and our own triple cooked chips

Chestnut, spinach and blue cheese en croute served with roast vegetables and a creamy leek sauce

Desserts

Baked vanilla cheesecake served with maple & walnut ice cream

Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream

Eton mess with fresh cream, our own meringues & blackcurrant & cream ice cream

Warm chocolate brownie served with vanilla ice cream
